Albert Facey House - Ground Floor Lobby

 This project is the redesign of the ground floor lobby of the Albert Facey House to meet the recommendations of the Safety Audit of the facilities. Design included new reception desk, meeting room, security stiles and video surveillance.  

Albert Facey House - Economic Regulations Authority (ERA)

   This project is the re-organising of the ERA office layout to suit the revised functional operations of the business. 

Landgate Offices

 Demolition of existing rooms in the atrium area and designing a breakout area of 80 seating capacity. Designed for multifunctional use that can be used for lunch, informal meetings, collaboration and townhall meetings. Peripheral furniture provided visual and acoustic barrier between breakout area and advance office workstations. 

McIver House, Northam - Toilet Facilities Upgrade

 Upgrade of the common toilet facilities for the two levels of the McIver House. 

  •  Calculate sanitary facilities requirement per code for the building occupancy. 
  •  Convert existing toilet facilities to code requirements - add ambulant toilet cubicles, add U.A.T to first  floor, improve circulation space.

End of Trip Facility

  Concept design of End of Trip Facilities including bicycle parking and changeroom facilities conforming to AS2890.3. Feasibility of locations proposed by client for EOTF was analyzed for conformance to AS2890.3 and report issued for client review.
