This project is the total strip-out of the existing fit-out and design of the new fit-out design compliant to the operational requirements. CDS Architects were responsible for the entire design including architectural, MEP services, structural, fire, security, audio-visual, acoustics, accessibility and quantity survey. CDS engaged, managed, and coordinated the design of the various consultants required for this work.
Hakea Prison Pharmacy Upgrade
Current project is the upgrade of the existing Pharmacy of the Hakea Prison. The pharmacy area is to extend to the building space towards the industrial area.
Bunbury Courthouse office - Mechanical System Upgrade and New Ceiling
Replacement of existing mechanical services as part of the 30-year upgrade plan. This upgrade work includes the replacement of the air-conditioning plant, replacement of the existing ceiling ductwork and replacement of existing ceiling.
Bunbury Family Court office
Office fit-out of the Family Court in Level-3 of the building at 65 Wittenoom Street, Bunbury .
